Wholly Forest (whollyforest.com) collects only what we need to fulfill honey orders to an Indian address: name, email, mobile number, and delivery address. Payment card data is handled by PayU and is not stored on our servers. Checkout is guest-only. We do not create customer login accounts.
How we use data
- Order processing, dispatch, invoices, and tracking messages
- Checkout autofill from details saved in your browser on this device (not synced to other phones or computers)
- Approximate city, read from our hosting provider's edge headers on each page request, used only to show your delivery estimate. It is not stored, not linked to you, and not shared with any third party. We run no visitor analytics, no advertising pixels, and no tracking cookies
- Fraud and bot checks via Cloudflare Turnstile on paid checkout
Who we share with
Supabase (order database), PayU (checkout), Resend (order email), Twilio (WhatsApp/SMS operations), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot checks), and courier partners (Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, and similar) for AWB tracking. We do not sell customer lists or use the order book for unrelated advertising networks.
Retention and rights
Order records are kept for fulfillment, accounting, and dispute handling. Email whollyforest@gmail.com to ask for a copy or deletion of your customer profile, subject to records we must keep for tax or payment disputes.
