Orders and tracking

Place an order at checkout. Track with your order ID or the mobile number used at checkout via Track Order on the storefront. Guest checkout only; there is no login.

Damaged-in-transit replacements: send an unboxing video of the sealed outer parcel, label, and jar, plus your order ID, to email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. Food jars are not returnable for change of mind. Crystallization is not damage.
