1. Seller and product

Wholly Forest sells unheated Himalayan multi-flora honey in sealed glass jars. We source the honey from Himalaya Apiaries in the Shivalik range of Himachal Pradesh. 2. Orders, prices, and stock

The checkout shows the selected pack, product price, delivery charge, payment method, and any COD fee before you place an order. The server confirms the payable amount rather than accepting a price supplied by the browser. Orders remain subject to stock and delivery availability.

3. Payment and COD

PayU handles online card, UPI, and net banking payments for every pack size. Cash on delivery is available for one or two jars and adds a ₹50 handling fee shown at checkout. Orders of three or more jars require online payment because larger COD parcels have a higher failed-delivery and return-handling cost.

4. Dispatch and delivery

We deliver to serviceable Indian PIN codes. Hyderabad orders receive a 24 to 48 hour priority estimate, while other Indian destinations usually show a three to five day estimate. These are delivery estimates, not guarantees. Weather, courier capacity, address errors, and local service disruptions can cause delays. Contact support as soon as possible if an address needs correction. We may not be able to change it after courier handoff.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel an order before dispatch by contacting us with the order ID. Once the courier has collected a shipment, we cannot cancel it in transit.

6. Returns and transit damage

Delivered food jars cannot be returned for a change of mind or taste preference. If a jar arrives broken, leaking, or with a damaged seal, use our replacement policy. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the order ID and a clear unboxing video showing the unopened outer parcel, shipping label, and damaged jar. After verification, we dispatch a replacement within 24 to 48 hours.

7. Product variation and crystallization

Honey can vary in colour, aroma, thickness, and crystallization rate from one harvest to another. The Codex Standard for Honey recognizes liquid, partly crystallized, and fully crystallized honey. Crystallization is normal glucose solidification, but appearance alone does not prove purity or processing history. It is not automatically spoilage or a product defect. To soften this honey, place the closed jar in warm water below 40°C. Do not microwave or boil it.

8. Food safety and medical claims

9. Applicable law

Applicable Indian law governs orders placed on whollyforest.com. These terms do not limit consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
